What is a New Home Rebate?

Generally, a homebuilder will only pay a commission when a homebuyer is represented by a realtor. The builder will typically pay a commission to any realtor who delivers them a qualified homebuyer who ends up purchasing a home. When you choose Kash Realty to act as your realtor, we’ll give you 50 percent of the commission we earn.

How Do I Qualify for a New Home Rebate?

Anyone purchasing a new home is eligible for the New Home Rebate, as long as they choose a homebuilder who pays a real estate commission. Buyers will also need to make sure that they print the Client Registration Form and provide it to the sales rep when visiting a community.

Is this only for new construction homes?
​
The program tends to focus on homes that are newly constructed. However, this is not a rule that’s set in stone. Feel free to contact us to learn more about whether the purchase of an existing home could qualify for a rebate.

Is there a catch? Are there any restrictions?
​
There’s no catch! The process is simple. If we collect a commission on the purchase of your home, you’ll receive half of it back in the form of a credit to you on the closing statement.
