How it Works

Home buying is time-consuming, and you work as hard as your realtor to find and negotiate the best possible deal.  We recognize this, and to reward your hard work we will share with you 50% of the real estate commission we receive from most of the local and regional homebuilders. Here's how it works:

#1  Fill Out Paperwork

To start earning cashback on the purchase of a new home, you’ll first need to download and complete a few forms. The Buyer Brokerage Agreement and the Client Representation Form provide us with the necessary information about you.

#2  Print Your Client Registration Form

The Client Representation Form is particularly essential because you’ll need to present it to each new home builder that you visit. Letting each homebuilder know that you are represented by Kash Realty will help to ensure that we collect the commission and share it with you.

#3  Find Your New Home

Once you have the proper forms, you’ll want to search for a homebuilder in the Tampa Bay area.

#4  Meet with New Home Builders

After finding several homebuilders whose product you like the most, you can begin setting up community and home tours with them. Don’t forget to bring your filled in Client Representation Form to these meetings, even if you don’t end up purchasing from them.

#5  Once You’ve Picked

Once you’ve chosen your new home, be sure to contact Kash Realty via phone or email. We will review the contract with you making sure your rights are protected.

#6  At Closing

At closing, we will pay 50% of the commission received back to you. Florida Association of Realtors requires that any rebate must be disclosed to all parties on the closing statement.
